We read all our e-mails (almost a full time job in itself) and respond to all appropriate e-mail.
The nature of "Entertaining at Home" and "Mixology" are such that there are very few definitive's, and so we try not to tell our visitors what to do, but rather offer options of what they can do, whether mixing a drink or setting up for an outdoor wedding.
As a result we always welcome new ideas and variations on old ones.
Even with a drink database of over 3,000 recipes there are other drink recipes that you may know of, or variations on ones that we have . We welcome that input and are happy to add new recipes.
