CHAMPAGNE JULEP

Ingredients:
- Several Sprig of mint
- 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
- 1 tsp. sugar syrup
- champagne
Mixing instructions:
Remove a half-dozen mint leaves from sprig and put them in a tall Collins glass with syrup and muddle. Fill glass two-thirds full with cracked ice, pour in bourbon, and stir briskly. Add additional ice if necessary and fill with ice-cold champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently and garnish with a large mint sprig.
